Wallander Demolition did an excellent job removing my old concrete stairs. They then build a new walk and stairs in front of my house by forming, building a solid gravel base, putting in rebar, pouring, finishing, and touching up my new steps and sidewalk. I'm very happy with the work, would use them again. I appreciate their timeliness, communication, and overall great work.

Tim was great to work with and very good at communicating timeframes and the work needing to be done to accomplish the task. He is very personable and friendly. He did a great job with the project and very timely and did a great job with the clean up. Would definitely recommend these folks as well as using them again.
